The benefits of cardio work

There are plenty of ways to get fit, but normally a fitness regime will fall in to one of two categories; cardio work and weights.

Cardio exercise is great for raising your heart rate while weights are designed to build your strength.

But there is a form of exercise that can combine both of these types of work out and that is circuit training.
Circuit training is a fast paced way to exercise and it involves lots of different exercises being carried out in a short space of time. The great thing about circuit training is that every set of muscles is worked and that means that after a circuit training session, you will feel great.
