Improving your core strength

These days, most of us spend a lot of time sitting at office desks and this is no good for our posture and for our health in general.

But there is some exercise that you can do to combat the problems caused by sitting at a desk all day and they all revolve around strengthening your core.

There are a variety of ways that you can improve your core strength but when you are carrying out these exercises, you cannot neglect the lower back exercises as the lower back is really important for improving the core strength. Keeping your back strong will also reduce the chances of you having any back injuries and yoga is a great way to keep your back strong.
