Doing Yoga at the Office

Even if you can’t find a spare meeting room at lunch time you could even do it at your desk. Obviously this would be dependent on whether both yourself and your colleagues felt comfortable with you doing this, but it can be the perfect way to fit your exercises into your busy day.
There are yoga exercises where you do not even need to a make sure that you take your mat to and from work with you every day. These exercises can be as simple as sitting in your office chair and performing breathing exercises as well as lifting and stretching your arms above your head. For more tips and ideas on yoga exercises you can do at work, why not contact your yoga teacher for advice or take out a yoga book and make a note of those exercises you would feel comfortable doing at work. You may find doing yoga exercises at work will calm you down and help you feel in control of what would normally be a hectic and stressful day.
